The second domestic trailer shows off Hercules' pretty wife while the international trailer introduces other warriors.
The second trailer of "Hercules" portrays the titular character as a reluctant hero. The demi-God says in the new footage that he only wants to be a father and husband but he is soon punished by God for denying his fate.
The new trailer adds more details into the story by revealing how and why Hercules jumps back into the battle after the twelve labors. There's a closer look at his wife, played by Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk, and his battle with the mythical creatures such as hydra and the Erymanthian Boar.
At the same time, an international trailer unleashes more footage by revealing other characters besides the son of Zeus. It focuses on the band of allies that accompany Hercules in his quest to defeat a tyrannical warlord. Ingrid Bolso Berdal is particularly given a highlight as a warrior with impressive archery skill. The comedic side of the action movie is teased with the dynamic between Hercules and Ian McShane's Amphiaraus.
Directed by Brett Ratner, "Hercules" will hit U.S. theaters July 25.
