Dates for 'American Idol' Tour Revealed

The 41-city tour will open in Binghamton, N.Y. on June 24 and conclude in Redmond, W.A. on August 23.

The dates for 2014 "American Idol Live!" tour have officially been announced. According to a press release issued on Wednesday, April 16, the 41-city trek is going to open on June 24 at Broome County Arena in Binghamton, N.Y. and will include stops in several cities including Albany, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, New Orleans and Los Angeles.

It will conclude at Marymoor Park in Redmond, W.A. on August 23. This year's tour will feature season 13 finalists C.J. Harris, Jena Irene, Caleb Johnson, Jessica Meuse, MK Nobilette, Alex Preston, Dexter Roberts, Majesty Rose, Malaya Watson and Sam Woolf.

Tickets, which are priced from $55-$105, go on sale on May 9. For every ticket purchased, $1 will be donated to the Melanoma Research Alliance.

The season finale of "American Idol" will air on Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 21 on FOX before this season's top ten finalists embark on the summer tour. Previous tours have featured stars such as Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia Barrino, Adam Lambert, Scotty McCreery, Phillip Phillips and Candice Glover.
