"The Voice" Battle Rounds continued on Monday, March 24. While the competition was stiff for most contestants, Madilyn Paige and Tanner James of Team Usher presented the "most adorable" duet on the show during their cover of Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran's "Everything Has Changed".

After the end the performance, host Carson Daly described it as "The Notebook Part Two". Adam Levine said it was like watching "golden retriever puppies frolic through fields of wheat in sunset." Shakira praised both singers, but Blake Shelton said he would go with Madilyn. Usher indeed chose the 16-year-old girl who has a unique voice.

Usher later paired Bria Kelly with Tess Boyer to sing "Piece of My Heart" by Janis Joplin. Bria's voice suited the song better, but Tess' performance was sexy and strong. Usher declared Bria as the winner, but Blake used his second Steal to save Tess.

Josh Kaufman and Austin Ellis of Team Adam took on Pharrell Williams' Oscar-nominated song "Happy". Blake and Usher were rooting for Josh and Adam made the obvious choice, keeping Josh on his team.

The Maroon 5 frontman also pitted Dawn & Hawkes against Josh Murley for a rendition of "Stuck in the Middle With You" by Stealers Wheel. Blake felt there were no special moments in the performance. Usher was rooting for Josh, but Adam went with the singing lovebirds. Shakira stole Josh.

The Colombian singer herself had to choose between Deja Hall and Music Box, who sang "Eternal Flame" by The Bangles. They both stood out in different ways. In the end, Shakira declared Deja as the winner, and Usher used his first Steal to save Music Box.

Blake paired his female country singers Audra McLaughlin and Alaska & Madi for a performance of "When Will I Be Loved?" by Linda Ronstadt. They showed a perfect harmony like a trio, but Audra was clearly outstanding. The judges thought both artists were equally good, but Blake chose Audra as the winner. No one stole Alaska & Madi.
