AceShowbiz - Pitbull has teamed up with Katy Perry for the remix of her "Dark Horse". The new version, which leaked on Monday, January 27, features Mr. Worldwide replacing the verses which were originally recorded by Juicy J.
"Baby, we can do it in the car, in the kitchen or the floor or in the middle of the park," Pitbull raps. "Hey Ms. Perry / Looking sexy with your fine self / Wanna little bit of magic / I'm Maverick, Top Gun / If you're looking, look no further / You got one."
The original version of "Dark Horse" appears in "Prism", Perry's latest album which hit No. 1 on Billboard 200 after being released last October. Featuring Juicy J, the track was produced by Dr. Luke, Max Martin and Cirkut.
The song has been announced as the third "Prism" single, following up second cut "Unconditionally". "Dark Horse" has so far peaked at No. 2 on Billboard 100 and was performed by Perry at the 56th annual Grammy Awards, which was held on Sunday night, January 26.
As for Pitbull, the Miami-born musician is currently ruling the U.S. single chart with his Ke$ha-assisted "Timber". The rapper has also collaborated with Jennifer Lopez and Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte for "We Are One (Ole Ola)", the official song of the upcoming 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
