AceShowbiz - Luke Bryan's crew members were injured in a stage collapse after a show on The Ohio State University campus Thursday, January 16. Four stagehands suffered minor injuries while dismantling the set after a forklift struck the back of the stage.
Bryan was fresh from performing at the Schottenstein Center in Colombus, his first of 18 stops in the singer's "That's My Kind of Night Tour". The incident, that occurred at 12:04 A.M. ET, sent the injured crew to a local hospital for minor injuries treatment, deputy chief of police at the school's department of safety, Richard Morman, said.
As a result, Bryan has postponed the Friday, January 17 concert in Lexington, Kentucky. He rescheduled it to February 21.
"Tonight's Luke Bryan concert in Lexington, Kentucky will be rescheduled for Friday, February 21 due to damage sustained to a piece of the stage during production load out after last night's show in Columbus, Ohio," Bryan's rep told Us Weekly in a statement. "The damage occurred after the show had ended and no fans were in the building. The tour's team will make the necessary repairs to the production elements so the tour may continue."
