AceShowbiz - The music video for Jennifer Lopez's new single, "Same Girl", will premiere on "American Idol" on Thursday, January 16. Someone who apparently worked with the diva on the video shoot revealed on Twitter, saying, "New Video #SAMEGIRL from @JLo on the premiere of @AmericanIdol January 16 2014."
Lopez, who will reprise her role as a judge on the upcoming season of the singing competition, was recently spotted filming the new clip in the Castle Hill neighborhood of The Bronx. Wearing jeans, a black jacket and a Yankees cap, the singer was filmed dancing with several ladies.
The new video was directed by Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold, who have previously worked with "Jenny From the Block" hitmaker for some of her projects.
"Same Girl" was written by Lopez in collaboration with Chris Brown and Cory Rooney. The three of them was pictured hitting a studio recording together back in March. Lopez then posted the photo and used the hashtag "Same Girl".
The track will be featured in her tenth studio album which is expected to drop later this year.
