The 'Love and Hip Hop' star is arrested for alleged assault at a New Jersey bar, but she is released after Jones posted a bail.
Jim Jones' fiancee Chrissy Lampkin reportedly just had a run in with the law. According to TMZ, Lampkin was involved in a bar fight in New Jersey on Sunday, December 29 and was arrested as the result.
Officers at the Edgewater Police Department said that they responded to a report of the fight at around 2.30 A.M. Lampkin was taken into custody for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct while a woman who became the victim was taken to a hospital. The woman reportedly needed hospitalization and she had to receive some stitches for an area above her eye.
The fight reportedly started when Lampkin got angry after the alleged victim sat on a sofa she was sitting on and accidentally bumped into someone. The "Love and Hip Hop" star was released from custody a few hours later after Jones bailed her out.
In October, Lampkin's fiance faced legal trouble as he was arrested for DUI in New York. At that time, Jones reportedly was stopped for speeding but law enforcement officers suspected that he was under influence of drugs. The rapper reportedly failed a field sobriety test and he refused to take a breathalyzer at the police station.
