Amy Adams was a vision at the premiere of her new movie "American Hustle" at the Ziegfeld Theater Sunday, December 8 in New York City. She walked down the red carpet with her actor fiance Darren Le Gallo who looked sharp in a three-layer designer suit.
The Lois Lane of "Man of Steel" showed some skin in an Elie Saab black lace gown with high collar and see-through panels. She kept her hair sleek and straight, and finished off her appearance with Neil Lane jewelry, Christian Louboutin shoes, and a Valentino clutch.
Adams was joined by another female cast Elisabeth Rohm, director David O. Russell, and male co-stars Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Renner. Bale came to the event with his wife Sibi Blazic. The couple donned coordinating black outfits.
Other guests included Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo, designer Prabal Gurung, and the likes of Patrick Wilson, Taryn Manning, Carla Gugino, Louis C.K., Jack Huston, Nasim Pedrad, Archie Panjabi, and Kelly Rutherford.
Jennifer Lawrence, however, was a no-show at the event, but she was present at a photo call at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York City the day before. The actress who is currently busy filming the next installment of "The Hunger Games" also attended the film's screening held Saturday by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
"American Hustle" will get a wide release in the U.S. on December 20. Leading to the upcoming Academy Awards, it won Best Picture from New York Film Critics Circle. It additionally helped Lawrence get Best Supporting Actress title and Russell & Eric Singer win Best Screenplay.
