Sullivan Stapleton Heads to War in '300: Rise of an Empire' Full Trailer
Movie

Take a look at the bloody war between the Greeks and the Persians as the two opposite sides meet on the sea in the Battle of Artemisium.

AceShowbiz - Sullivan Stapleton channels his inner Greek warrior as seen in the full trailer for war epic "300: Rise of an Empire". Playing General Themistocles, he leads his soldiers to war against the Persians led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes and Persian vengeful commander Artemisia.

"Today we will dance across the backs of dead Greeks," Artemisia says, but the proud Greeks won't go down without a fight. "We chose to die on our feet, rather than live on our knees!" Themistocles shouted. The water is turned blood red and destruction was inevitable as the two massive forces clash in a naval engagement, concurrent with the battle of Thermopylae.

Rodrigo Santoro returns as Xerxes, Lena Headey as Queen Gorgo, while Eva Green is cast as Artemisia. The sidequel to Zack Snyder-directed 2007 film "300" will be released Stateside in 3D on March 7, 2014.
