A representative for Sawa says that the 'Nikita' actor and his wife are having a baby boy who is expected to arrive in January.

AceShowbiz - Devon Sawa, who plays Owen Elliot on action series "Nikita", and his wife Dawni Sahanovitch are going to be parents for the first time. A representative for Sawa has confirmed to E! News that the pair are going to welcome a baby boy next year.
"Devon Sawa and his wife are having a boy. The baby is due the first week of January," the representative said. In addition to the statement, the Canadian-born actor has been documenting the process of preparing the baby nursery.
On December 1, the actor who is popular for his roles in "Casper", "Now & Then" and "Final Destination" shared a photo of the almost completed room. "Arrived today. Room's almost done," he captioned the photo which shows an ivory crib and a hanging stuffed toy. The room also has some framed photos, but they haven't been hung up yet.
Fans have been sending congratulatory messages to the soon-to-be parents, to which Sawa replied, "Thanks for all the well wishes. We are very excited." His wife additionally replied a message, writing, "Thanks love!"
Sawa reportedly started dating Sahanovitch, a producer on "The Bachelor" Canada, in 2010. Details of their wedding are not available.
