In the new trailer, the pop singer plays the Virgin Mary who sees Jesus and Elvis Presley in the Garden of Eden.
The second trailer of Lana Del Rey's short film "Tropico" landed online on Friday, November 29. In the new clip, the New York-born pop singer is featured dressing up like the Virgin Mary as she meets Jesus and Elvis Presley in the Garden of Eden.
In another scene, the 27-year-old musician is seen getting topless and covering her breasts with pasties. "I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness," she says while some other scenes are being flashed on the screen
"Tropico" is a short film that will feature some songs from "Paradise", Del Rey's EP that was released last year. "Bel Air", "Gods & Monsters", and "Body Electric" are expected to be played as the story of the film unfolds.
The project was filmed back in June by Anthony Mandler, the director who has worked with the singer for her music videos of "National Anthem" and "Ride". The full "Tropico" video will premiere on December 5.
