The 'How I Met Your Mother' actor and the Disney Channel star put on the red aprons and get their hands dirty as they join L.A. Mission's annual charitable event.
Neil Patrick Harris and Bella Thorne once again took part in L.A. Mission's Annual Thanksgiving for the Homeless. On Wednesday, November 27, the twosome and hundreds of other volunteers put on the red aprons as they helped serve hot meals for the homeless.
Donning a white shirt topped with a gray vest and a black tie, Harris was preparing the turkey in the kitchen. "Prepping the turkey for @TheLAMission 's annual thanksgiving meal. A wonderful organization. #thankful," he enthusiastically tweeted. The Barney of "How I Met Your Mother" added later, "Super grateful to @MVoltaggio and all the other amazing chefs for lending their time and brawn. I was honored to be included. @TheLAMission."
Thorne, who rocked a black-and-white sweatshirt, was joined by her boyfriend Tristan Klier who planted a kiss on her head at one point. She also took to Twitter to write, "getting ready to serve some hot meals at @TheLAMission #skidrowmeal. just a couple dollars serves a whole meal to someone in need."
Other celebrities joining the annual charitable event included former "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi, supernanny Jo Frost, singer Allison Paige, former "Desperate Housewives" star Andrea Bowen, "Shahs of Sunset" cast member Golnesa Gharachedaghi a.k.a. GG, "Days of Our Lives" actress Kate Mansi and model Arianny Celeste.
Harris and Thorne also lent their hands to the same event last year.
