Darwin Vela, who was supposed to testify in a burglary case linked to Sheen's alleged sex tape and Nicolas Cage's nude photos, had gone missing since Tuesday.

AceShowbiz - A man, who is dubbed a key witness in a burglary case involving Charlie Sheen's alleged sex tape and Nicolas Cage's nude photos, has been found after reported kidnapping. Darwin Vela went missing on Tuesday, November 19 when taking his dog Cocoa for a walk. The dog returned home without its owner and with human blood on its leash, trembling and whimpering.
Vela was found Friday at 2 P.M.. He reportedly flagged down someone on the street who later called 911. A law enforcement source tells TMZ that he suffered from several injuries and cops are going to interview him as the LAPD investigate it as a possible kidnapping case.
Vela was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday to testify in a preliminary hearing for Ricardo Orozco, who has been accused of breaking into the house of Cage's former girlfriend Christina Fulton. Orozco allegedly stole four computers, one of which reportedly contained Sheen's sex tape. He also took boxes of memorabilia which included Cage's dirty pics.
According to an LAPD detective, Vela, Orozco and Vela's fiancee Kelly McLaren recently met with Sheen's people to tell them that they're going to sell the alleged sex tape. Orozco, however, hasn't produced it and police haven't located the computers.
As for Cage's nude photos, a representative for the "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" actor has denied their existence.
