The 'Scrubs' actor proudly calls his cameo appearance on the German couple's wedding picture in New York one of his best photobombs ever.
Zach Braff photobombs a couple's wedding picture while crossing the street in New York. The newlyweds are seen gazing lovingly into each other's eyes on the crosswalk, with the background of the Times Square busy street and a surprise cameo from the actor who is turning his face to the camera and flashing a big smile.
The photographer, Sascha Reinking, tweeted the hilarious picture with a caption, "@zachbraff, Sir, I think you photobombed my newlywed couple the other day in New York. :) Well played..." The "Scrubs" star is rather proud of himself as he retweeted the photo and wrote back, "This is one of my best photobombs ever."
The couple, Verena and Michael, are from Germany. They already got married back home but wanted their wedding photos taken during their vacation in the Big Apple. "So I put them right on 42nd street with Times Square in the background. Little did we know that we were about to get photobombed by no other than Zach Braff," Reinking wrote on his blog.
"The funny thing about this was that I didn't even notice it until I started to edit the images earlier tonight! I scanned through the set and his face looked familiar. 'Is that Zach Braff?' To find out I posted the photo on some of my Photographer Facebook Groups and the verdict was pretty clear. It definitely looked like Zach Braff had photobombed our session."
Due to the overwhelming responses he got online, Braff later joked, "Today I won the internets. I feel like Leo on the bow of that big boat. Never finished the movie, but I'm sure it ended well."
