The comedienne brings a box containing of Kimmel's old belongings like socks and a toothbrush when she stops by 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'.
Jimmy Kimmel reunited with his ex-girlfriend Sarah Silverman on his show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", Thursday night, November 14. The comedienne took the chance to return his old stuff which he left when he "left" her.
"It's like I never left, only you're married!" she quipped as she greeted the house band and Guillermo Rodriguez, the security on the studio. She then went through Kimmel's stuff, including his old toothbrush, some socks, a Palm Treo charger and a pair of jeans, which looked too big for him now.
"God I had such low left-esteem," she jokingly said, before adding, "I loved you! I loved you at your size." Just after she showed all the stuff, a boy ran out on stage and asked Silverman, "Mommy, am I going to meet Daddy tonight?" She replied, "No, your daddy's dead! Go backstage," prompting Kimmel to question who the boy was.
When asked if it's awkward for her to meet him after they ended their 5-year relationship, she elaborated, "Isn't this like weird, but good weird? This is human nature. This is the way life is. People break up, and exes are gonna bump into each other. They're gonna cross paths. They're gonna be on each other's talk shows, you know? It's the cycle of life."
