In her new memoir, 'Spell It Like It Is', Spelling says that she once made a sex tape with her husband for private viewing, but a friend secretly made a copy.

AceShowbiz - After revealing her family's financial problems, Tori Spelling makes another confession in her new memoir "Spelling Like It Is", saying that she and her husband Dean McDermott had a sex tape. Spelling says in the book that she and her husband filmed the x-rated clip on Valentine's Day in 2009.
"Dean said, 'We should tape ourselves having sex.' He had a little portable tripod, and he set up his video camera on it," she says, as quoted by Us Weekly. "Afterward, I checked my angles and they were good, so I allowed him to keep it." The video later was kept in a computer at home "without password protection." McDermott's biker "friend" found the file and copied it.
The couple only knew that the video was copied two years later after a friend said that it was being shopped around. "I was horrified," she recalls. Spelling quickly sent a cease and desist letter to the man. The couple never heard from the man again and the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star suggested that "the incident went away."
Spelling has become headlines following the financial issue and losing baby weight confession. The daughter of late producer Aaron Spelling previously also opened up about an encounter with Katie Holmes whom she called "plastic." Spelling later learned that Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise soon after the awkward meeting.
