In an interview with W magazine, the 'Walking on Air' singer says that she loved being married, adding, 'But I like how I am now.'

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry opens up about her romance with John Mayer in a new interview with W magazine. "I actually am dating my crush," the 28-year-old singer says on the magazine's November issue. "I had a crush on him for a long time and it so happens we fit together great."
The "Walking on Air" singer, whose marriage with Russell Brand ended in 2011, also talks about her failed relationship. When asked if she liked being married, Katy answers, "Of course. I really loved it. It was a new, fun, exciting journey. But I like how I am now, and I think all things happen for a reason."
In the spread, Katy also admits that she sometimes cries when watching movies. Two movies which always make her cries are "The Notebook" and "Titanic". "I always cry on planes. My boyfriend [John Mayer] and I call them 'deprivation tubes': You have a glass of wine, and you're watching a movie, and then, wahhhh," she tells the magazine.
Despite Katy's statement that she likes her current status, an Us Magazine report suggested that Katy and John might tie the knot. "Everyone knows it's just a question of when John will propose," a source said. The source added that the pair "realize they must be together." Another source also said that they spoke via Skype and text messages every day. "John always checks in before bed!" the source explained.
