Oliver's ex-girlfriend Laurel vows to help her boss bring down the only one archer left, who is none other than the titular hero.
Who will be hunting down Oliver Queen on "Arrow" season 2 is revealed in a new promo for the upcoming chapter. The sneak-peek video gives a look at a scene set on what seems to be Tommy's grave site, where Oliver and Laurel hold hands while standing side by side.
The beautiful shot of the potentially reunited couple, however, is ruined as Laurel declares her determination to help the police catch Arrow. "There's only one archer left and I'm going to help my boss catch him," she tells Oliver.
Katie Cassidy recently dished on Laurel's state following the death of Tommy. "She has definitely grieved a bit and tried to deal with the death of Tommy and the Glades being destroyed, and I feel she has mainly focused her energy on working to distract herself so she does not have to deal with it. She definitely goes into a darker place," she said of her character. "You see her doing stuff that you would never imagine or think she would do, but it's credited because Tommy passed."
The new season of "Arrow" premieres Wednesday, October 9 at 8/7c on The CW.
