Nicholas Fiore, a man who is accused of stalking Ashley online and in person, is sentenced to one year in jail, one year in outpatient counseling as well as a fine.

AceShowbiz - A man who is accused of stalking Ashley Tisdale has pled no contest to felony stalking. Nicholas Fiore, who appeared in court on Wednesday, September 11, was sentenced to one year behind bars, according to TMZ.
Nicholas, however, will not serve further jail time because the judge has given him credit for time served. Nicholas was also sentenced to one year of outpatient counseling and five years probation. He is ordered to pay $350 in fine as well.
Ashley won a restraining order against the fan in June after he allegedly had been bombarding the "Aliens in the Attic" star's Twitter account with 18,000 tweets since 2012. Some of which apparently contain references to gun. Besides sending numerous mentions on Twitter, Ashley said that Nicholas tried to see her in person twice. He even disguised himself as a delivery man to gain access to her house.
Nicholas was later arrested for violating the restraining order. He sent tweets to the actress although he was ordered to stay away from her in any form of contact including Twitter for the next three years.
In her recent Twitter update, Ashley did not mention anything about the case. Her latest post was a tribute to 9/11 tragedy. "This day will always be heavy on my heart #9/11 #neverforget," she wrote.
