The new thriller from the 'Twilight' helmer finds a rock star on the verge of losing her perfect life after convinced by a madman to embrace the dark side.
"Plush", a new movie directed by "Twilight" helmer Catherine Hardwicke, has released a new trailer. Shedding more light on the storyline compared to the red band one, the latest video follows Emily Browning's Hayley who finds herself and her family in danger after getting sexually involved with a creepy guy.
Young rock star Hayley hits a downward spiral after losing her band mate and brother to a drug overdose. A replacement guitarist, Enzo, convinces her to embrace the dark side in order to reach new creative heights.
But soon their collaboration crosses the line and Hayley, who is married with two children, retreats from Enzo's advances. As Hayley slowly discovers Enzo's dark and troubled history, she realizes she may have let a madman into her home and that her mistake may cost the lives of people closest to her.
Cam Gigandet plays Hayley's husband, while Xavier Samuel stars as Enzo. Written by Hardwicke and Artie Nelson, the thriller is set for a limited U.S. release on September 13.
