AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin lost his cool with paparazzi once again. The "30 Rock" actor, who just welcomed a baby girl with yoga instructor wife Hilaria Thomas, flipped out and confronted a male photographer who was hounding them when they stepped out to grab a bite in New York.
The altercation happened at 12:25 P.M. Tuesday, August 27 near NYU's Greenwich Village campus. Thomas, 29, reportedly ducked into a nearby tea store to avoid the pap. Her angry husband first warned off the shutterbug before approaching and pinning him to the hood of a parked car.
Police was called to the scene. Baldwin claimed the paparazzo was the aggressor, but the photog insisted he was just doing his job and asking normal questions. They admitted shoving each other but no one suffered any injuries. Both parted ways after neither wanted to press charges.
Baldwin, 55, is fiercely protective of his family. He was embroiled in a physical altercation with a paparazzo in June last year after he obtained a marriage license in the Big Apple. He allegedly also told a reporter to "choke to death" when asked about a lawsuit involving his wife's work as a yoga instructor.
The couple welcomed a daughter, Carmen Gabriela, in New York on August 23. It's the first child for her and the second for him. He's already a father to Ireland Baldwin from his previous marriage to actress Kim Basinger. Baby Carmen went home from hospital with her parents on Sunday.
