The 'I Know You Were Trouble' hitmaker takes a picture with a group that consists of the One Direction member and their mutual friend Ed Sheeran.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift and her famous ex Harry Styles seem to be on good terms despite rumors to the contrary. The country music starlet and the British heartthrob appear to be friendly enough to take a picture together for a group photo at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty.

The onetime couple stood on the opposite sides of a group that consisted their mutual friend Ed Sheeran and host of the night DJ Spiky Phil. "Hosting the VMA after party @grandlifehotels With Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran & Harry Styles," the disc jokey captioned the photo.

Taylor was rumored throwing shades at the boybander during the VMAs main show Sunday night, August 25. She was caught on camera mouthing what appeared to be "shut the f**k up" when his band One Direction was on stage to present Best Pop Video which coincidentally went to her BFF Selena Gomez.

She later called out one of her exes when collecting Best Female Video. Thanking her fans, she added, "I also want to thank the person who inspired this song because he knows exactly who he is, because now I've got one of these." She didn't mention any names, but the camera panned to an awkward looking Harry chewing gum.

The 1D themselves won Best Song of the Summer that night, thanks to their recent single "Best Song Ever". They got mixed reactions from the crowd when taking the stage to receive the award. Lady GaGa approached the boys backstage to offer her support.

"If I did hear what I heard out there, I just want to tell you that you deserve every bit of success that you have," she said. "I want to leave right now. I don't want to stay anymore because I don't want to be in a room where people are booing." One them was heard agreeing with her, "F**k it. F**k it."
