The 'Voice' judge's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, uploads the touching pic featuring her cradling Usher Raymond V.

AceShowbiz - Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, couldn't be happier about the recovery of her 5-year-old son, Usher Raymond V, after the kid nearly drowned in pool while trying to retrieve a toy at his father's Atlanta home earlier this week. In an Instagram pic she uploaded, Foster is seen embracing her adorable boy in the hospital with get-well-soon balloons surrounding him.
"My favorite 5-year-old. What a blessing!" Foster tweeted to caption the pic. "I have always loved and appreciated my sons but tragedies and close calls make this even more evident." Earlier in the day, the former stylist revealed that Usher Jr. was "resting well" and they had a blast having "a SpongeBob marathon ALLL night."
Supportive messages then came from Foster's Twitter followers. "My GOD has made you one the the STRONGEST woman on The planet! Be strong! God has favor on you! Praying for you & son queen!" one of two retweeted posts reads. Another one says, "In ur most difficult lessons, u will learn the tenacity of spirit & how far it will take you."
Tameka, who only has limited custodial rights of Usher Jr. and his 4-year-old brother Naviyd, has filed legal docs in Fulton County Superior Court, Georgia, asking for an emergency custody hearing on Friday, August 9. In the motion, she blamed the horrifying pool accident on Usher, who she believed is rarely at home watching over the kids.
"Now that it's sunk in, she is livid," a source close to Foster revealed to PEOPLE. "Usher has custody and won't let Tameka have the kids, even when he's out of town. She feels like the kids are being raised by his family or by nannies, when they should be with their mother."
Usher has thanked two men who saved his son's life, Eugene Stachurski and Ben Crews. "They are true heroes," he said on Wednesday.
