The mother of North West sticks her tongue out in a Keek video which marks her second post-pregnancy appearance.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is such a tease. After appearing for the first time since giving birth to baby North West in a taped video for Kris Jenner's show, the new mom now keeps the spotlight back on her again by posting a Keek video.
The 3-second clip features the fiancee of Kanye West playfully sticking her tongue out at the camera. She still hides her post-pregnany figure since the video only gives a close-up look at her face, just like she did when she appeared on "Kris" via a video to congratulate her mom on her new talk show on August 2.
Kim has been staying on her mother's home in Hidden Hills, California since giving birth to North West on June 15. She has reportedly worked hard to get in shape before showing up in public.
The reality show star hasn't debuted her baby either. HollywoodLife.com, however, has just reported that the little girl's pictures may make their way out soon since Kim and her rapper fiance have signed a deal with a magazine to feature their daughter on its cover.
"They have worked out a deal with a magazine but no one knows what magazine or [exactly] when. Only Kim, Kanye and Kris know the details," a so-called friend of the family tells the site. "The magazine photos will be coming out soon, perhaps August 15 - North's second month birthday."
