'Rome' alumna Indira Varma will play Ellaria Sand on the HBO medieval series, while 'The Lovely Bones' actress Rose McIver will star as the Neverland fairy on ABC's fantasy drama.

AceShowbiz - "Game of Thrones" and "Once Upon a Time" have added an actress each to their cast ensembles for upcoming season. The former has tapped former "Rome" actress Indira Varma to play Ellaria Sand, Prince Oberyn Martell a.k.a. The Red Viper's love interest who is the mother of his four bastard daughters.

Described as a "sexually adventurous paramour," Ellaria will accompany Prince Oberyn to King's Landing. The role of the prince of Dorne itself has been snatched by Chilean actor Pedro Pascal.

As for "Once Upon a Time", it has tapped "The Lovely Bones" star Rose McIver to play Tinkerbell as the show ventures into Neverland in season 3. There's still no word on who will play the famous Peter Pan, but it has been promised that he will be a darker and complicated version of the character. Ariel, The Little Mermaid, will also be part of the Neverland storyline.

In another casting tidbit, "NYPD Blue" and "Caprica" star Esai Morales has joined "Criminal Minds" as Matt Cruz, the new BAU section chief. He is a longtime FBI agent who gets promoted to work with the BAU and has a previous professional relationship with A.J. Cook's JJ. He will be first introduced in episode 3 of season 9.
