Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio bust a move while Mario Lopez mugs to the camera in the promo video.
A new promo video for "The X Factor (US)" season 3 has been unleashed, promising some shocking moments. In the trailer set to Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' "Can't Hold Us", Demi Lovato and new judges Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio bust a move to the hit song.
The three female judges and Simon Cowell later tell viewers to "expect the unexpected." Host Mario Lopez is also featured showing his cool boxing punches before the fivesome stands together side by side.
Demi recently told MTV News that there wouldn't be a lot of arguing on the show "other than against Simon, so that's fun." She said of Paulina and Kelly's inclusion in the panel, "It's like girl power and it brings a lighter energy to the show. Instead of having feuds on the panel, there's actually ... It's all positive. Therefore it makes it fun to watch."
Dishing that Paulina would bring the craziness and Cowell would "still come across as a jerk," she also talked about her judging method. "I've raised my bar, I put a lot of people through last year that had the overall package but didn't have the best voices," Demi claimed.
"And now I've raised the bar where I am not putting anyone through that I don't think has the winning vocal capability and so I say no to a lot of people. I may come across as a mean judge, but it's very matter of fact and I'm very, very brutally honest."
The third edition of "The X Factor (US)" will premiere Wednesday, September 11 at 8 P.M. on FOX. Mario Lopez will host the live shows solo after it's confirmed that Khloe Kardashian won't return to the singing competition show for her second season.
