Janice says that she feels 'pretty horrible' after a metal garage door struck her head and caused a concussion as well as leg injuries.
Janice Dickinson was briefly treated in a hospital after suffering from serious injuries to her head and leg. According to a report from TMZ, she got injured on Thursday, July 11, after a parking garage gate closed when she was underneath it. The accident took place outside Rite Aid drug store in Beverly Hills.
Janice was knocked down to the ground and sustained injury to her knee, but she got up and carried out her activities. Later at night, she was in pain and could not sleep. The former "America's Next Top Model" judge went to UCLA Medical Center to seek for medical attention on Friday morning. After running some tests, her doctors said that she had a concussion.
In a picture she posted on Instagram, the 58-year-old model looks discouraged as she sits in a wheel chair. Her hair is unruly and her right knee is bandaged up. A pair of crutches is laid on her lap. She is currently resting at home, but she still "feels horrible."
Some of her fans left well wishes on her Instagram page. "Get well soon Janice," some fans wrote. "Wow, that's serious! Hope the healing process is quick!!" another fan said.
Back in April, Janice made headlines after she filed for bankruptcy. She allegedly told Radar Online, "I had some trouble, so yes, it is true. I am upset and taking every step to pay everyone back and I feel terrible about it." She allegedly owes $8,000 to her dermatologist for beauty treatment she underwent.
