The short movie starring Hayley Atwell will be premiered at San Diego Comic-Con on July 19.

AceShowbiz - First poster and several images for the much-anticipated Marvel One-Shot "Agent Carter" have been unveiled by Entertainment Weekly. The retro poster presents none-other-than Hayley Atwell in her iconic role as the fearless Strategic Scientific Reserve analyst, who is the wartime love interest of Captain America.

The short takes place a year after the events of "Captain America: The First Avenger". In this film, Carter is in search of the mysterious Zodiac. Besides Atwell, Dominic Cooper is back to reprise his role as Howard Stark who helped her out in the first Captain America film. Bradley Whitford will be introduced as Carter's sexist boss Agent Flynn.

To the site, Marvel Studios co-president and the director Louis D'Esposito offers slight details about the nature of Zodiac. "Zodiac in the books has been many many different things. We just want you to know it's deadly, it's important, bad guys are guarding it, and it's imperative she gets it," he says.

As for Agent Flynn, D'Esposito explains, "He knows her background but insults her by saying the only reason why she's gotten anywhere is because she was the girlfriend of Captain America. We know that's not true, but he's intentionally suppressing her and not allowing her to go on a mission when the opportunity arises."

Fans can head to San Diego Comic-Con on Friday night, July 19 to be the first to see "Agent Carter". As for those who cannot, Marvel will include it as a special feature on the "Iron Man 3" Blu-ray release due out September 24.
