Kyra's husband, Kevin Bacon, shares a picture of the mother of two sitting on a hospital bed surrounded by medical equipment.
Kyra Sedgwick sustained an injury on her left index finger after she cut off her fingertip while cooking some kale on Saturday, June 29. She was rushed to hospital to receive medical attention. Her husband, "X-Men: First Class" actor Kevin Bacon, took to WhoSay to talk about the incident.
"@kyrasedgwick in the ER. Kale isn't ALWAYS HEALTHY... if you chop the end of your finger off," he wrote on Saturday. A photo of Kyra was attached to the post. "The Closer" actress is seen sitting on a hospital bed. She looks sad as her right hand touched her cheek. Her bloodied finger was wrapped in gauze. Medical equipment surrounded the bed.
Kevin wrote again later to say that his wife was feeling better. "My Baby is fine. All good. Still can't find the tip of that finger @kyrasedgwick," he said. Another photo of the actress was included in the post. Kyra flashed a smile as she showed her left index finger which was wrapped in a giant bandage. The mother of two gave a thumb with her right hand.
