Lenka has premiered a music video for her single, "Nothing Here But Love". The 3-minute video opens with the scenery of forest, hills, lake and a little village. Later, it appears that the landscape is built on the singer's body.
As she lies down and sings her song, the Australian singer has almost all parts of her body covered with artificial trees, grass and buildings. She then puts several mini figures around the little town, a boat on the lake and some cars on the road.
The video was directed by the singer's husband, visual artist James Gulliver Hancock. Despite having to stay still in the uncomfortable position for five hours, Lenka admits that the result "was totally worth it."
"The song describes a utopian fantasy world of pure love and sweetness," Lenka told Rolling Stones of the meaning behind the song. She also explained her role in the video, saying, "I become like a mother-nature figure, resembling a train set model... I eventually start to connect all the little creatures that reside on me with their significant other. It's a true romance!"
