More than 50 acts will be featured in the 24-hour music fest to be held during the O Music Awards on June 19.
The sibling trio of Hanson and "I Don't Want to Be" singer Gavin DeGraw lead the line-up of 50 plus acts who will perform in MTV, CMT and VH1's "Live Music Day Festival". The 24-hour online/mobile music fest featuring indie, rock, folk, country, hip-hop, pop, R'n'B and electronic dance music will take place during Viacom's O Music Awards on June 19.
Among those listed with Hanson and DeGraw are British singer/songwriter Kate Nash, Australian indie rock band Atlas Genius, multinational group Boxer Rebellion, L.A.-based folk band Lord Huron and folk-rocker Matt Nathanson. Hosting both the music fest and awards show are comic twins Jason Skylar and Randy Skylar.
Over at the O Music Awards which recognizes artists' digital presence, Grammy Award-winning R'n'B artist Frank Ocean and "Loser" singer Beck lead the nominations with two nods this year, with Ocean getting nominated in the Must Follow Artist on Twitter and Too Much Ass for TV categories. Other top artists in the nominees roster are Justin Bieber, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Miranda Lambert, Ed Sheeran, Tyler, the Creator, Demi Lovato and David Bowie.
For the first time this year, the O Music Awards will feature a Make a Band Famous award, with five up-and-coming groups performing live during the show as they compete for votes from both fans and an internal committee who will get to determine the eventual winner.
