In her new song, the former Disney star talks about partying and living her life the way she wants.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus debuted her new single "We Can't Stop" on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Monday morning, June 3. In the new single, Miley wants to show that she has ditched her Disney princess image and become more mature by singing about partying and having full rights over her own life.

"And we can't stop/ And we won't stop/ Can't you see it's we who own the night/ Can't you see it we who bout' that life," she sings. "And we can't stop/ And we won't stop/ We run things/ Things don't run we/ Don't take nothing from nobody."

During an interview on the radio show, Miley told Ryan's co-host, Ellen K, that her music was dedicated to her fans. "Everyone always judges and say what they want," the 20-year-old star said. "But my fans... have really stood by me no matter what I've been through... and this is a song that says where I'm at in my life right now."

The newly-released single will be featured on Miley's upcoming album, which will come later this year. Miley said of the follow-up to her 2010's "Can't Be Tamed", "I'm really happy with my record because I feel like I have so many options for singles. My record is like a movie. It's a story of what I've been going through the past two years."

As for the single's music video, the former "Hannah Montana" actress revealed that it would come in "ten days." "We shot it just three days ago," she added.
