Phillip Phillips, Sara Bareilles and many others appear on montage video for the cancer patient's song.

AceShowbiz - In a loving display of compassion and support, top music acts Jason Mraz, Jason Derulo, Sara Bareilles and many more appear for the celebrity music video for "Clouds", a beautiful song written by terminal cancer patient Zach Sobiech. The almost-four-minute montage video was put together for the 17-year-old Sobiech, who suffers from osteosarcoma or bone cancer and only hasweeks to live and who wrote the sweet indie pop song as a way to say goodbye to family and friends.

Those who filmed themselves singing the lyrics to "Clouds" were such artists as Colbie Caillat, Andy Grammer, The Lumineers, and "American Idol" alums Paul McDonald and Phillip Phillips who himself also suffers from a painful but less life-threatening kidney ailment. Mraz closes out the heartwarming visuals, speaking to Sobiech and saying, "Thank you, Zach, you're written a great song dude, it's a real pleasure to sing it, and sing it with you, thank you."

The montage was put together by "The Office" star Rainn Wilson and actor Justin Baldoni who directed "My Last Days", a short documentary about Sobiech which airs on Wilson's "SoulPancake" YouTube channel. Other celebrities who lent their time for the video were Ashley Tisdale, Anna Faris, Rachel Bilson, Chris Pratt, Jenna Elfman, Jenna Fischer, and Ed Helms.

Sobiech first recorded the song and posted it on video hosting site YouTube last December 5, 2012. It has since been seen by almost 3 million viewers. He has been using his remaining time to help bring awareness and find a cure that will save the lives of other cancer sufferers like him.
