The former 'Real Housewives of New York' star laughs and looks happy when she takes daughter Bryn to play in a pool one day after her difficult day at court following her divorce with Jason Hoppy.

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel found a way to make herself happy during her difficult time. The former "The Real Housewives of New York City" star, who is currently in the middle of divorce process with husband Jason Hoppy, was all smiles while playing in a swimming pool with her 2-year-old daughter, Bryn, on Saturday, April 20, and Sunday, April 21.
During the weekend getaway, Bethenny, who has been working with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, flashes her body in various sexy bikinis, including a blue two-piece, a green-patterned two-piece and a zebra-striped one-piece. The 42-year-old mother wore a straw hat and aviator sunglasses to protect her eyes from the sun.
On Friday, April 19, Bethenny had a hard time facing her estranged husband, Jason, at a New York court. The pair and their legal teams were there to discuss financial disclosure. According to PEOPLE, Bethenny and Jason didn't talk to each other despite sitting only feet away. The site also claimed that Bethenny looked as she cried under her glasses after she was called to meet the judge privately.
In December 2012, Bethenny announced her split from her husband for nearly three years. "This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family," she said at that time. She then filed for divorce in January.
When she appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" recently, Bethenny told host Ellen DeGeneres how she felt about the divorce. She said, "I feel like a failure. I really put it out there. I wanted the fairy tale. I thought I had it. And Bryn is my fairy tale... [The divorce] is excruciating, I have to say."
