AceShowbiz - After pictured smoking a blunt, Justin Bieber seems to slowly shed his good boy persona. After mooning his online fans on Instagram, the 18-year-old Canadian singer was snapped grabbing a fan's breast during a recent meet-and-greet event in Miami, Florida.
Wearing a backward hat, dark shades and a hoodie, Bieber is pictured smooching the female fan's cheek and coping a feel of her boob in the process. It's unclear whether the "Never Say Never" singer did it on purpose or accidentally touched her in his attempt to go in for a hug.
During his visit to Miami, Bieber was supposed to film a new concert movie with more than 1,000 Beliebers from local charity groups in attendance. He reportedly canceled it citing a health problem, a reason some doubted since he's spotted riding scooter backstage. He allegedly also showed up three hours late for a concert at the American Airlines Arena later that night.
Recently, Bieber said he wasn't in the happiest place that he'd ever been. In an interview post his split from on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez, he stated, "I'm trying to get through what I'm going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going."
