The addition of Spears failed to bring big number to the show's second season, prompting Cowell to look for new faces.

It looks like Simon Cowell is planning a whole new formation of "The X Factor (US)" judge panel. It has just been reported that Britney Spears will be sacked from her position as one of the judges after only one season.

"Britney will get the boot," an insider told Us Weekly, adding "Producers wanted her for the long haul, but it isn't working." Cowell initially wanted a "crazy Britney, but he got boring Britney." Producers said Spears has not earned her $15 million contract. "They paid all that for her to say 'amazing' and offer half-claps," another source said.

If the report is true, then Cowell will have to look for three new judges. L.A. Reid was the first to announce that he is leaving the talent show to focus on his recording company. The other judge, Demi Lovato, has not officially given a word about her departure but hinted it on Twitter that she won't return next year.

"I'm thankful for this experience I've had on The X Factor USA this year," Lovato wrote last week. "And my fans... You are family. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! Thank you for watching and supporting me on The X Factor USA."

Cowell famously wiped out the formation of "The X Factor" after first season was critically panned. He let go judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger as well as host Steve Jones in January. Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian replaced Jones.

Spears was one questionable choice that Cowell made since she had a history of meltdown and eccentricities. The British mogul previously defended his choice of Spears, telling reporters that she has been "a lot better than everybody thought."

Nevertheless, the new formation failed to generate much interest with the season 2 finale only absorbing 9.6 million viewers, which is down 18 percent from the first season's finale.

If Britney is axed from X Factor USA, many will not be watching next season...including me! Remember, people love to put Britney down, but they love her!

Women are cheating all over the place, nowadays! (Leann Rimes, Coco/IceT, Kristen Stewart, Suzy Favor Hamilton the Olympian & Vegas call girl, Rita Ora/Kardashian and Petraeus women). My latest book, "I Steal Wives: A serial adulterer reveals the REAL reasons more and more 'happily married' women are cheating" is a powerful look at this EXPLOSIVE topic of female infidelity. And the REAL reasons aren't the typical blather you hear on talk-TV or read in the SECOND-HAND information of some psychologist's self-help book. Itís now trending in the top 1% of books selling on Amazon! This is not a Ďniceí book in any way, whatsoever. It is HIGHLY CONTROVERSIAL: youíll either love it or HATE it! It will bring up stuff you donít want to think about or look at! It will offend you. The book is the FIRST BOOK EVER WRITTEN on female infidelity from the FIRST-HAND, insider experience of a serial adulterer, who cheated with the wives/girlfriends of over 25 married men (and a few women), and who also happens to be a therapist (never cheated with clients)! "I Steal Wives" is a salacious, self-deprecating, at times funny, and powerfully insightful look into what is now the very cutting-edge of relationships. It's the relationship version of "How to Secure Your House, as told by a professional burglar!" This is no joke. Itís that rare relationship book thatís written in guy language and guy stories. The raw truths of ďI Steal WivesĒ will forever change how you do relationships and understand women, especially if you are one! Check it out now at Amazon!
