Coming on the heels of "The Walking Dead: The Game" was first-person shooter "Borderlands 2" that went home with four awards including Best Shooter and Best Multiplayer.

Hosted by Samuel L. Jackson, the two-hour ceremony featured performances from Linkin Park and Tenacious D as well as appearances by celebrities such as Jessica Alba, Zachary Levi and Marlon Wayans.
