Miley Cyrus' Delusional Stalker Convicted of Trespassing

Jason Luis Rivera is the 40-year-old guy who entered Miley's property without permission and carried a scissor with him.


Miley Cyrus' home intruder was convicted on Thursday, October 11 of both misdemeanor trespassing and resisting arrest. Jason Luis Rivera jumped over the fence of Miley's house last month, claiming he was a close friend of the former Disney starlet.

Rivera, aged 40, was arrested on September 8, after someone in Miley's house called the police. He was carrying a scissor, looming around her yard. Miley was not home at the time of the incident. "I would say delusional is a good characterization of him," Lt. Brian Wendling told E! News after Rivera's arrest.

Rivera has been in jail since with bail set at $100,000. He pled not guilty to the charges last month and would be sentenced on Friday, October 12.
