Lutz plays a supportive friend of Shiloh Fernandez's lead protagonist, a marketing grad who falls in love with a sexy corporate exec played by Heard.
The first trailer for "Syrup" has been debuted. Presenting a romantic plot that is wrapped in a humorous way, the video focuses on Shiloh Fernandez who is crazy about sexy blond beauty Amber Heard. He is seen following her everywhere, but she doesn't seem to be interested in him at all. "Twilight" star Kellan Lutz is also featured in the video, playing Fernandez's supportive best friend.
An adaptation of Max Barry's 1999 novel, "Syrup" follows Fernandez as a young marketing grad who pursues a million dollar idea with his new product. However, in order to make his dream come true, he has to learn to trust his attractive corporate counterpart (Heard). The trailer doesn't give away too many details of the plot other than scenes that show Fernandez's character being madly in love with Heard's.
The romantic comedy film is directed by Aram Rappaport, who also pens the script alongside Max Barry. Also starring in the movie, which still hasn't got a U.S. release date, are Brittany Snow, Natalie Gal and Allison Williams.
