More new scenes are unveiled in the first domestic trailer for "On the Road". Among those which are highlighted in this new sneak peek are Kristen Stewart's threesome scenes with Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley. The three are seen getting steamy in bed at one point and in car at another.
Other new scenes shown in the video include those which see Riley's wild journey with Hedlund and Stewart. It doesn't feature any dialogue, but Riley can be heard saying Jack Kerouac's famous quote, "The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time..."
Based on Kerouc's beloved American novel, "On the Road" is the story of Riley's Sal Paradise, an aspiring New York writer, and Dean Moriarty (Hedlund), a devastatingly charming ex-con, married to the very liberated and seductive Marylou (Stewart).
Sal and Dean bond instantly upon meeting. Determined not to get locked in to a constricted life, the two friends cut their ties and take to the road with Marylou. Thirsting for freedom, the three young people head off in search of the world, of other encounters, and of themselves.
The drama will be released in the U.S. on December 21. Before that, it is set to be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival next week, where Stewart is expected to make her first red carpet appearance following her scandal with director Rupert Sanders.
Also starring in the movie are the likes of Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Tom Sturridge, Alice Braga, Steve Buscemi, Elisabeth Moss, Terrence Howard, Danny Morgan and Giovanna Zacarias.
