Carly Rae Jepsen has announced a title and a release date for her upcoming album. The record will be called "Kiss" and is set to drop on September 18 via 604 Records/Schoolboy Records/Interscope Records.

For her second studio installment, the Canadian songstress works with songwriters and producers Max Martin, Dallas Austin, LMFAO's Redfoo, Toby Gad, Marianas Trench's singer Josh Ramsay and Matthew Koma. "I can't tell you how lucky I feel to be able to collaborate with some of my dream producers. It has been the most fulfilling experience," she says in a statement.

The "Call Me Maybe" songstress also writes and co-writes songs on the album. "These are lyric and song ideas that I have been collecting over the years," she says of her upcoming record. She further dishes, "The record is pop. It's inspired by Robyn, The Cars, Madonna, and believe it or not, James Taylor. I can't wait to share it with everyone! Kiss."

Her recently-released duet with Owl City, "Good Time", and a yet-to-be-titled song with Justin Bieber are expected to be featured in the album. The 26-year-old brunette previously said, "The Justin song, I'm kind of sworn to secrecy on because I think we want to release it together at one moment."

Leading up to the album's release, Jepsen will be performing on a number of TV shows, including "Today", "America's Got Talent", "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "CONAN". She is additionally scheduled to join Bieber on North American dates of his "Believe" tour which will begin in Arizona on September 29.
