Amid news that her director husband Rupert Sanders had an affair with Kristen Stewart, Liberty Ross posted a picture of Snow White sitting on the ground, crying and drinking beers. "Not so pretty or so pure afterall .....," she wrote.
Although Ross didn't mention anything about the former lovers, the image was quickly speculated as a dig at K-Stew due to the fact that the 22-year-old actress played the fairytale princess in "Snow White and the Huntsman" that Sanders directed.
On her Twitter page, the Queen Eleanor depicter posted a much shorter message, "Wow," before shutting down her account. Prior to the deactivation, she followed Us Weekly which was the first media to bring the cheating scandal into attention.
The British model, 33, reportedly also quoted a Marilyn Monroe quote from the Women of History account that read, "Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together." Like her Twitter, her Instagram was also unavailable at the time being.
Both Sanders and Stewart have offered their apologies. "I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," the filmmaker said. In a similar tone, the actress stated, "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected."
Sanders and Stewart were caught on camera getting cozy in several pictures. He's hugging and nuzzling her from behind in one picture, and getting up and personal with her inside a car in other images. It's unclear what the future holds for the director and his wife, and the actress and her boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
A few days ago, Stewart and Pattinson appeared all smiles when they attended 2012 Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. Along with their co-star Taylor Lautner, the on-screen couple collected Ultimate award for "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I".
