AceShowbiz - Caleb Followill is a first time dad. The Kings of Leon frontman welcomed a baby girl with model wife Lily Aldridge on Thursday, June 21 at 1 A.M. in Nashville.
"Mom, Dad and baby are happy, healthy and enjoying their new addition," a representative for the couple confirmed to several media. They name the baby Dixie Pearl Followill. At time of birth, she weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured up at 22 inches.
Followill and Aldridge got married last spring and announced the pregnancy in December. He told E! News that he would pick a song to help with the birth. "We're trying to pick the music to make the birth go smoothly," he said. "I want the baby to come out rocking."
Dixie joins cousin Knox who was born 13 months ago to Matthew Followill and wife Johanna Bennett.
