It's the host of the OWN talk show herself who reveals on Twitter that the episode featuring the 'We Found Love' songstress will air in August.
Rihanna is set to have a sit-down with former daytime talk-show queen Oprah Winfrey. The interview with the Barbados-born singer will be featured in an upcoming August episode of the Oscar nominee's primetime program "Oprah's Next Chapter".
Confirming Riri's appearance was none other than the former host of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" herself. "she's coming soon," so Winfrey wrote in response to a tweet asking her to get the "Only Girl (In the World)" hitmaker on her show. When another Twitter user asked if she meant it, she simply replied, "yep.August."
While it will be Riri's first appearance on "Oprah's Next Chapter", it's not the first time she's interviewed by Winfrey. Back in 2010, the 24-year-old songstress visited the host's daytime talk show, during which she covered Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" to benefit the victims of the Haiti earthquake.
