The newly-turned Tara scares her friend Sookie and cousin Lafayette as she gets out of control and smashes things in Sookie's kitchen.
Sookie and Lafayette are facing a new problem after their mutual relative Tara was revived from death. In a clip from the upcoming episode of "True Blood", the two Merlotte's employees are left stunned when seeing the newly-turned girl using her new power and speed to create a mess in Sookie's kitchen.
Another sneak peek from next week's outing, meanwhile, sees Bill, Eric and Nora arriving at the Vampire Authority's secret headquarters, which look cozy yet have high-security system. After Salome, one of the chancellors of the Authority, talks to the receptionist, the threesome are locked behind the bars.
In "Authority Always Wins" which will air Sunday, June 17 at 9 P.M. ET on HBO, Bill and Eric become acquainted with the Authority's interrogation techniques. Werewolves J.D. (Louis Herthum) and Rikki (Kelly Overton) pay tribute to Marcus, but Alcide refuses to participate or take his rightful place as the new packmaster. Meanwhile, fearing Russell's return, Sookie procures a home-protection system.
In related news, "True Blood" has found Alcide's father in "Terminator 2" actor Robert Patrick. Named Jackson Herveaux, the character will first appear in a flashback episode that "depicts Alcide and Debbie Pelt as teenagers in the 1980s." He was "powerful, inspiring and heroic" in the past, but in the present, he's given up on life.
