Three more acts have been billed to make merry the 2012 BET Awards that will be held on Sunday, July 1. It has been announced that Usher, Big Sean and 2 Chainz will take the stage to perform, joining the previously announced musical performers Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj.
Sean and Breezy scored multiple nominations at the upcoming prize-giving event, while Minaj landed a nod for Best Female Hip Hop Artist. Leading the pack of music nominees is Kanye West with seven, followed by Beyonce Knowles with six, and Jay-Z with five.
Set to air live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, the show has tapped Samuel L. Jackson as its host. The annual event additionally honors the best in sport and movie, with critically acclaimed "The Help" eying for the Best Movie gong.
