The actor popped the question to girlfriend Angela Stacy during their romantic vacation in Paris last month.

AceShowbiz - "90210" star Matt Lanter has proposed to long-time girlfriend Angela Stacy during their recent vacation in Paris. The 29-year-old who plays bad boy Liam on the The CW drama presented Stacy with a 4.2 carat diamond ring in May.
"Matt picked out and designed the ring himself. It's gorgeous!" a source told Us Weekly. "Completely diamond encrusted with a solitaire, square-shaped diamond. They're super happy and she loves the ring."
The actor's representative has confirmed the engagement, saying "They're an amazing couple!". Stacy herself could not contain her happiness, tweeting "Thanks everyone for all your love, well wishes & sweet, sweet words of support!"
Lanter and Stacy have been dating for three years. A friend of the couple told E! Online, "They are perfect for each other." Stacy describes Lanter as her "very best friend and the love of my life."
