Carrie Underwood remains No. 1 on Billboard Hot 200. The country music singer grasps firmly her last week's position at the penthouse of the U.S. album chart by adding another 120,000 copies with her newly-released studio album "Blown Away".
The "American Idol" alum actually suffers 55% decrease in the sales number, but the final figure she pulls in is enough to block Adele from returning to the top spot. The British pop sensation settles at the runner-up position with her ground-breaking album "21" which sells 101,000 copies.
The highest chart entry of this week belongs to Silversun Pickups who land at No. 6 with their new effort "Neck of the Woods" (41,000). Several steps lower, there is Tank who debuts at No. 9 with "This Is How I Feel" (33,000).
Filling in the rest of top 5 are such holdovers as Lionel Richie's "Tuskegee" which rises from No. 6 to No. 3, "Now 42" compilation which gives up the third place to sit at No. 4, and Norah Jones's "Little Broken Hearts" which slips three steps from No. 2.
