Two other comedies 'Up All Night' and 'Whitney' will also return for a new season, while 'Awake', 'Are You There, Chelsea?', 'Bent' and 'BFF' get the boot.

AceShowbiz - NBC is giving another season to four comedies, "The Office", "Parks and Recreation", "Up All Night" and "Whitney". They join "Community" and "30 Rock" who received 13-episode orders earlier this week.

The network, however, took a different direction with "Harry's Law". After running for two seasons with solid ratings, the show doesn't make the cut for next season's primetime line-up. "Sad news today. Harry's Law will not be renewed for a 3rd season. We are all terribly sad. Many thanks for all your support," so lead actress Kathy Bates tweeted following the cancellation.

Also getting similar fate are three rookie comedies "Are You There, Chelsea?", "Best Friends Forever" and "Bent" as well as first-year drama "Awake". "The Firm" is also pretty much canceled since the network has moved it from the coveted Thursday slot to Saturdays.
