AceShowbiz - It's official, Rihanna is tapped as one of the musical guests on the grand finale of "American Idol" season 11. The chart-topping singer is going to perform her latest single "Where have You Been" during the episode that will air Wednesday, May 23.
Counting down to the upcoming finale, the "Idol" will return with "California Dreamin"-themed performance show on May 9. Four remaining contestants Hollie Cavanagh, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez will compete for Top 3 spot.
For the elimination show on the following night, judge Jennifer Lopez will take the stage to deliver her new single "Dance Again" which features Pitbull. 2008 "Idol" winner David Cook will come back to the show to debut his fresh single "The Last Song I'll Write for You".
